Leah did a double master’s degree in Nutrition and Health & Society at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. She is passionate about global nutrition, food security and health promotion. Her two master theses focused on ultra-processed food consumption and healthy eating trajectories. She conducted her minor thesis field work in Hanoi, Vietnam in a project aimed at increasing fruit and vegetable intake of low-income populations through food system innovations. This project was part of the CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health (A4NH) led by IFPRI in collaboration with Wageningen University.
