GOBESHONA is bringing a multidisciplinary group of scholars, policy-makers, researchers, practitioners and supporters of LLA from around the world under one platform to focus on locally-led climate adaptive innovations to build the sustainability, resilience and inclusivity of global food systems around the world.
On Tuesday, 19 January 2021 at 11.30 AM (UTC+8), our Research Program Leader for Climate Change, Essam Yassin Mohammed and Post-doctoral Research Scientist for Climate Change in Bangladesh, Peerzadi Rumana Hossain, will be part of the panel to give the opening remarks and discuss climate information services for fisheries and aquaculture with organization partners including International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), International Research Institute for Climate and Society at Columbia University (IRI-Columbia University) and International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT).
