The Program Oversight Panel provides independent oversight of the Program. Membership consists of internationally recognized scientists and practitioners with particular strengths in science in development approaches and in the integrated management of agricultural systems.

Independent Steering Committee

Independent Steering Committee (ISC)

The Independent Steering Committee is a governing body that reports directly to the WorldFish Board of Trustees on the performance of the FISH program. Membership consists of scientists, practitioners and representatives from end-user bodies that represent a balance of disciplinary expertise, gender and national diversity.

Management Committee (MC)

The Management Committee is a management team responsible for timely and effective planning, budgeting and reporting of the FISH program. The FISH Director chairs the Management Committee, consisting of representatives from lead partners, together with flagship leads, the program’s gender research leader and the M&E lead.

Operations Team

A small operations team is established in WorldFish to support day-to-day operations and efficient operational support to FISH implementation.
